How long will it take to receive my item?
The fastest, easiest and by far safest way to pay for your purchase is paypal, you will receive your item(s) in about 3-5 days (7-10 days max).

How will my personal information be used?
Your personal information, for example your name,address and telephone number, are never shared or sold to others. It is solely used by The Serenity Moon for inquiries about orders, billing, shipping and any or all questions and or concerns with a shipment/order.
Do you do special order scents for soaps and candles?
YES I do! If I don't have a particular scent that you're looking for I will order it for you. There is however a fee for special orders. The fee is based on the availability of the scent, size of the item containing the scent and amount ordered. Please see below for examples:

When or how often do you add new candles to your store?
Excellent question. I generally start adding my newly made candles around the first or second week of Febuary, May and September. During which time I clear out my current stock and offer great deals on my "older" candles. By "older" I mean candles which are 3-6 months old. Even though my candles hold their wonderful scents for a year+ I like to keep my store stocked with new freshly made candles.
